My 1 x 1 holistic health coaching sessions can be in person or via Skype. We will dive into your personal journey, focusing on using a plant-based diet plan to get you feeling your best. We get clear on your goals and pinpoint the why behind them. I believe that once you learn the power of healthy eating it’s so hard to go back to eating any other way. I will be sharing my top documentaries, books, and resources for you to empower yourself to continue making health choices with confidence. Shopping tips, food prep guidance, weekly meal planners and recipes will be provided. It’s an absolute joy for me to share this knowledge that has so greatly impacted my family and my own life.

Initial consultation, weekly check-ins, meal planners, and all of the tools needed to get you on track for 21 days will be provided. After 21 days you might just find it incredibly easy to continue eating plant-based and carry on with these sustainable eating habits that set you up for long term health and wellness.
